Sign tutorial>> Super easy but pay attention dang it!!!

Gardners to Bergers Gives a great tutorial on getting intricate images from the computer to transfer onto wood or a number of things I am sure. She says it's a little tricky so follow the directions exactly or the image may not transfer! The technique deals with two of my favorites sand paper and decopodge

You know it's good if even your husband says WOW! So much inspiration brought to by Sensational Girl

Craft room or Hair Salon Decor

Found this beautifully decorated room over at HGTV's Rate My Space. I think the huge scissors are the perfect decor for an in home beauty salon or as you see above a craft space.

On a totally different note. I am what my sister calls Persnickety. I've known it for years she just finally put a very defining word to it. So if I can have my moment. Let me just first say that I liked this room so much to have it on this blog, but REALLLLLYYYYY you couldn't move the trash can or at least empty it!!! Okay I'm done.....thanks for letting me have my moment.

Bulky Frames are the thang

A Pocket Full of posies

Just made a few of my own of these. I'll tell you the trick (or atleast how I jimmy rigged it to work) you have to use a staple gun and wood glue to get these suckers together. Oh and the other trick it to go to your habitat for huminity store and get the supplies so you are not only being amazing at helping a good cause but also getting the stuff for cheap!!!

Copy Cat

With me constantly loosing my purse I love this idea from Heather Baily. I try and have adorable hand bags anyway but this gives me a place to hang it and display the beautiful little things. Could be fun to put in a room like this below!!

The old and the Beautiful

This is the same window that I have done two different ways for two different rooms. The above is my daughters room just after she was born (look close you can see her in the crib). The below isn't hung yet but it's in my guest bedroom.

These following photo's are just some great ideas that have been stalked off of some great sites. I just wish the little buggers weren't so hard to come by here in Colorado. I was stalking this other girls blog and she had shown all of the great yard sale finds, lets just say I was waving my fist in the air I was so upset. People here know good stuff when they see it and they sale it in over priced boutiques. Just the luck of a cheap do it your self girl like me huh! Well Enjoy the photos and inspiration and hopefully you can come by these baby's easier than I.

Wall Tin Luv

the Laundry Room

I went to this thrift shop that I found by chance. After exploring and not finding much I ventured into the very back of the store and found these awesome tins. I didn't know what I was going to do with them when I began but I figured I would come up with something. Oh and when I spoke with the owner she said that they came from an old slaughter house of all places. Lovely, the thought really of having something that once witnessed the slaughter of so many animals is now in my home. So why you imagine that take a look at the pics and see how awesome they turned out.

Went to hobb lobb and picked up the center crown tins, through some epoxy on and wallah!

Little His and Hers action
(So when I hung them I centered them with the posts in mind, oophs! So I was thinking about putting a vinyle heart with some barbed wire around it would be cool in the middle, unless I come up with something else of course)
