Yeah that little girl is having a good time. I have no idea how they got the lollipops to stand up but they are balloons, plastic wrap and pbc pipe. It looks like the candies on the wall may be Frisbee's

Ice Cream piƱata
So little V wants a birthday party based around strawberry shortcake. Granted her birthday is in September, as you can tell we start early around here. I saw this and couldn't help but think of perhaps what she has in mind. The link takes you to the tutorial in case your little gal has something like this too on her wish list.
So trying to keep all of her party ideas in one spot. Just found this adorable cake idea.

UP Party ideas

This little model is from the DVD release party at Fenton's icecream shop. They had it so you could take pictures with it.

Up QUIZ: What kind of adventure are you?
UPDATE>>> So our Up Party turned out really fun. One thing that everyone loved is I printed out the 3D Up house and put it together. I didn't enlarge it or anything just hit print. At the party we then had a competition as to who could get there house to float the fastest. We did this by having helium balloons of course and tying them through the house. My little boy loved it and carried the floating house around until the balloons sunk a day or so later. SO worth all of the cutting and pasting (I would recommend glue dots or double sided tape). We also did sundaes instead of cake with lots of fun toppings. I would do this party over in a heart beat.

Princess Tea Party
Love this idea for a princess tea birthday party. This gal had quite a few ideas. The girls all came dressed up, made necklaces, painted toenails and read a pricess story while waiting for toes to dry. They also had pink lemonade, rice crispies, cake, strawberry icecream and little finger sandwitches. She also had a throne for her little girl to sit on while she opened presents. What a day for a little Queen. So simple and a little thought goes a long way. LOVE IT!!!

Here is another idea of a tea party that was fab. it looks like it's in the little girls room. I love the feather boa's for each girl and the banner is really cute.
